RYDER is delighted to announce the appointment of Mohammad Ali as a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer. Mohammad’s addition to the team reflects RYDER’s ongoing commitment to nurturing emerging talent and maintaining strong connections with local universities to support the next generation of offshore engineering professionals.
Mohammad recently completed his MEng in Civil Engineering at Newcastle University, where his dissertation focused on using PLAXIS 3D to study the response of a monopile foundation system under cyclic storm loadings. His strong academic background, coupled with his enthusiasm for geotechnical engineering, makes him a promising addition to the team.

Mohammad will be working closely with RYDER’s experienced geotechnical engineers, supporting a range of projects while developing his technical expertise. Outside of work, he enjoys swimming, running, and playing the guitar—hobbies that reflect his well-rounded approach to both personal and professional growth.
